POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director of Fitness Pointe, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Fitness Pointe related to maintenance of the building, troubleshooting building issues, housekeeping, towel services, equipment issues/needs, member issues, as well as assistance as needed, with the oversight and smooth operations of Group Fitness, Personal Training, General Fitness, Specialty Fitness, Fitness Assessments, and Outreach Programming.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • BS/BA in Fitness, Exercise, Health, Physical Education, Business. Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years responsible work experience in facility management, preferably within a medical fitness environment.
  • Demonstrated competency in management.
  • 1-3 years supervisory experience required.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software package.
