Qualifikationen

Tasks
  • Plant operation & maintenance – Ensuring a safe working environment through maintenance, repair and inspection concepts in accordance with legal requirements
  • Contract management – selection, commissioning and management of service providers as well as technical clarification and invoice control
  • External company coordination – monitoring external service providers including instruction, creation of work instructions and risk assessments
  • Maintenance planning & controlling – implementation of Airbus business processes for efficient maintenance
  • Inspection & maintenance management – creation, scheduling and monitoring of inspection, maintenance and test plans by external companies
  • Technical service management – coordination of service providers to ensure that services are provided on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Expert inspections – planning, commissioning and monitoring of legally required inspections
  • Audit & KPI management – preparation and participation in internal and external audits and monitoring of defined KPIs
Requirements
  • Master craftsman qualification as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology with many years of professional experience
  • Experience with heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as industrial supply and disposal systems
  • Sound knowledge of hygiene regulations for ventilation and drinking water (VDI 6022, VDI 6023, VDI 2047)
  • Experience in occupational safety, fire protection and the handling of hazardous substances as well as in the management of technical conversion measures in industrial plants
  • In-depth user knowledge of SAP and confident handling of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B1)
  • Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
  • Willingness to be on call and to work on a time-shifted basis
