Job description
Tasks
- Plant operation & maintenance – Ensuring a safe working environment through maintenance, repair and inspection concepts in accordance with legal requirements
- Contract management – selection, commissioning and management of service providers as well as technical clarification and invoice control
- External company coordination – monitoring external service providers including instruction, creation of work instructions and risk assessments
- Maintenance planning & controlling – implementation of Airbus business processes for efficient maintenance
- Inspection & maintenance management – creation, scheduling and monitoring of inspection, maintenance and test plans by external companies
- Technical service management – coordination of service providers to ensure that services are provided on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Expert inspections – planning, commissioning and monitoring of legally required inspections
- Audit & KPI management – preparation and participation in internal and external audits and monitoring of defined KPIs
Requirements
- Master craftsman qualification as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology with many years of professional experience
- Experience with heating, ventilation and air conditioning technology as well as industrial supply and disposal systems
- Sound knowledge of hygiene regulations for ventilation and drinking water (VDI 6022, VDI 6023, VDI 2047)
- Experience in occupational safety, fire protection and the handling of hazardous substances as well as in the management of technical conversion measures in industrial plants
- In-depth user knowledge of SAP and confident handling of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B1)
- Existing, unrestricted work permit for the EU is mandatory
- Willingness to be on call and to work on a time-shifted basis
