We are looking for a Logistics Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg. In this role, you will support our team as part of an SAP backfill project and bring your expertise into a dynamic international environment. You will take responsibility for Third Party Logistics (3PL) stock management and play a key role in analyzing, monitoring, and improving logistics processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage Third Party Logistics (3PL) stock for finished goods and packaging materials, including inventory bookings
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize logistics processes; prepare KPI reports
  • Plan and coordinate co-packing activities
  • Prepare and support the implementation of logistics projects and tenders
  • Control freight and warehouse invoices
  • Support annual stock counts and reconciliations
  • Drive continuous improvement of operational logistics processes

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, especially Excel
  • Fluent in both English and German
  • Independent, structured, detail-oriented and strong team player
