Qualifikationen

OSCAR is renowned for producing quality products such as stocks, broths, sauces, and soups for professional kitchens. Since summer 2024, it has been part of the internationally operating Solina Group. Our focus is on flavor, functionality, raw material quality, and food safety. As a supplier to the food industry, we serve catering companies, large kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and cafes. Our plant is located in Rønnede, 60 kilometers south of Copenhagen, employing around 75 dedicated staff members.

We are immediately seeking a

Key Account Manager (m/w/x) for the Berlin area in full-time.

The position is permanent.

This role manages OSCAR's clients in the Berlin/Brandenburg region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing and advising customers in wholesale food, restaurants, and canteens
  2. Planning, preparing, and conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings, with ongoing monitoring of key KPIs
  3. Active sales and product presentation
  4. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and acquiring new clients
  5. Conducting product presentations, tastings, and training sessions
  6. Market observation and internal communication of relevant information
  7. International collaboration through coordination and alignment of sales activities with colleagues in Germany and Denmark
  8. Participation in sales-related projects such as trade fair appearances
Qualifications:
  1. Completed training as a chef (m/w/x) with additional business education or a comparable qualification
  2. Experience in gastronomy, ideally in a managerial role
  3. Sales skills and commercial acumen
  4. Confident, friendly demeanor, negotiation skills, and strong communication abilities
  5. Willingness to travel across Germany
  6. Proficiency in MS Office
  7. Excellent German and English skills
