Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs
Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards
Supply Chain Optimization:
Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder points
Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
Resolve any supplier-related issues promptly and effectively
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Use data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and identify trends
Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain metrics
Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain
Develop and implement risk management strategies
Ihr Profil
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain operations
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management principles
Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus
You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also prioritize and manage yourself to get things done with minimal oversight
You are able to anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions
You are fluent in German and English; Polish is a plus
