Junior Regional HR Manager – Regional Talent Recruitment & Development Manager @GEODIS EUROPE

Overview: This individual contributor role is part of our Regional HR Team and covers two main roles: supporting matters related to Regional Head Office employees and supporting Regional HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Handling the overall HR processes for Regional Head Office (RHO) employees in line with Group and Regional HR policies and business needs.
  • Ensuring that all HR-related policies and procedures comply with standard legal practices and regulations.
  • Fostering positive employee relations by resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
  • Ensuring that workplace policies and procedures are followed and employees are treated fairly and equitably.
  • Partnering with managers/business leaders and monitoring key talent initiatives for RHO employees, including onboarding, performance management, trainings, etc.
  • Providing HR consulting and coaching services for managers and business leaders to solve significant people issues (e.g., organizational structure changes).
  • Conducting employee onboardings and planning their integration paths with the relevant teams.
  • Ensuring that RHO employee data are up to date in HRIS.
  • Leading various Regional HR initiatives such as diversity campaigns, Employee Engagement Survey.
  • Supporting reporting related to HR matters when necessary.
  • Keeping abreast of any changes in HR legislation to ensure the company remains compliant at all times.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2‑3 years of experience in the aforementioned tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of German labour law.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing stakeholders at different levels in an international environment (a plus).
