We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator (m/f/d/x) / Regulatory Officer (m/f/d/x) with immediate effect for a maternity leave replacement, fixed-term until April 2028, with the possibility of a permanent role.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage projects related to REACH compliance and associated regulations, with a particular focus on articles
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the international ASSURIS team to enhance their expertise and provide support to their Business Line colleagues
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and clients during the pre-offer phase, offer preparation, and farming activities
  • Follow up on inquiries, manage inquiries and opportunities using the CMR system, coordinate projects, and provide administrative support for client setup within the accounting system

Your Profile
  • Completed degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Experience with regulations regarding food contact materials is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of REACH regulations, CLP, SDS, biocides, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Proficiency in IT and strong project management mindset
  • Willingness to travel
