Meet your Team: Rewarded Solutions

Our Rewarded Solutions team develops the technology behind adjoe's innovative rewarded engagement products that serve over 57 million daily mobile users.

The team’s tech stack consists of three major components: native Android and iOS SDKs written in Java/Kotlin and Swift handling complex engagement flows; widely customizable offerwall applications built with React TypeScript; a highly performant Golang backend hosted on AWS that processes millions of events hourly; and our monetization dashboard. Our system matches each game with its ideal users, delivering rewards optimized for satisfaction through data processed via AWS Athena, Kafka, Spark, S3, and MySQL.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and well-defined user stories.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives). Ensure that developed features align with business goals and user needs.
  • Help with keeping the product documentation up to date.
  • Support the team with clarifying uncertainties and removing impediments.
Who You Are
  • 1-3 years of experience as a product manager, product owner, business analyst, or similar.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - in English.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to translate business needs into detailed user stories and product requirements.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience working on digital products.
