We are seeking a proactive and driven (Junior) Portfolio Manager in Munich. You will support our battery energy storage system (BESS) portfolio, managing key client relationships and creating value through insight, connection, and innovation to drive customer success and growth.

  • Salary Range: € 55.000 - 75.000 per year gross

Your Responsibilities
  • Create a customer experience that sets us apart from competition and increases customer satisfaction
  • Become the sparring partner of our clients that understands client priorities and feeds this into Entrix
  • Continuously showcase the exceptional value Entrix delivers to customers and jointly develop towards our vision
  • Help customers stay up to date on market changes and strategic opportunities
  • Oversee the relationship between Entrix and a specific set of customers to ensure a professional and synchronized communication
  • Act as the first point of contact for the customer for special requests and sparring for strategic questions on their existing and upcoming BESS assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to further professionalize and improve the Portfolio Management function
  • Support the Portfolio Management team in preparation of key customer touchpoints and process improvements
Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who is deeply proactive - someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them, and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity.

Mandatory Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or Engineering
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, clear sense of ownership and a proactive mindset
  • High willingness to quickly learn–energy asset performance metrics, grid regulations, and trading frameworks
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Openness to travel to the client and attend regular events (such as fairs and conferences)
  • Fluency in German and English (C1 or above)

Skills to Set You Apart

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g. Sales, Project Management, Key Account Management) in the German energy sector
  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams especially with software engineers and data scientists
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations, managing urgent client concerns, and balancing strategic priorities under tight timelines

  • You prefer routine over dynamic, evolving work environments
