Your Mission:

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you’ll work closely with experienced engineers to shape our cloud infrastructure, improve our CI/CD pipelines, and support the unique needs of embedded software development. You’ll learn a ton, make a real impact, and help accelerate how we build and ship technologies and products.

• Help provision and maintain our on-prem and local development infrastructure with Ansible.
• Contribute to improving our CI/CD pipelines – monitoring stability, reducing build times, and supporting streamlined release workflows.
• Assist in strengthening security across infrastructure and CI/CD (secrets management, basic hardening, access controls).
• Support automated versioning, packaging, and traceability of software artifacts.
• Help build and maintain simulation environments to speed up development and testing.
• Write automation scripts in Python or Bash to generate configs, dashboards, reports, or lightweight monitoring tools.
• You’ll be surrounded by people who love sharing knowledge – so expect mentorship, code reviews, and opportunities to experiment early and often.

Your Background:

• Curiosity and a strong automation-first mindset, with a desire to get comfortable with Python, Bash, Terraform, and Ansible.
• A basic understanding of cloud and on-prem infrastructure concepts (bonus if you’ve touched AWS).
• Good knowledge of Linux fundamentals, networking and troubleshooting approaches.
• Some exposure to Docker or containerization concepts and a desire to learn more.
• Solid Git and Bash fundamentals and willingness to grow into stronger branching and release practices.
• A habit of writing things down: good documentation, clean notes, and helping improve team workflows.
• Interest in embedded systems workflows or at least excitement to learn how DevOps supports firmware, simulators, and specialized testing.
• A proactive, can-do attitude. You like figuring things out, asking questions, and taking ownership of small projects that grow over time.
