About The Opportunity

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be the primary partner for our brand-direct clients and agencies, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that deliver tangible results.

You will support advertisers across Germany in achieving their digital marketing goals through your data skills, platform knowledge, and creative thinking.

You will collaborate closely with the Sales team and other departments (design, data, insights) and work with local and international Account Managers to develop effective strategies.

From campaign kick-off to quarterly business reviews (QBR), you will manage branding and performance, build relationships, and identify upsell opportunities to grow your portfolio.

Ideal candidates are analytical, tech-savvy, creative, and resilient under pressure. You should be adept at problem-solving and maintaining momentum during client and campaign challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of direct clients and agencies across Germany.
  2. Handle all campaign stages—from setup and launch to daily optimization, reporting, and analysis.
  3. Develop data-driven strategies aligned with client goals.
  4. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to expand accounts.
  5. Monitor performance, derive insights, and implement optimizations.
  6. Coordinate with team members across various locations and departments.

Your First Year at Teads

  • After 3 months: Become proficient in Teads Ad Manager and Amplify, managing initial clients and campaigns.
  • After 6 months: Develop your first client accounts and contribute to expanding key accounts in Germany.
  • After 1 year: Become a vital part of the Account Management team, enhancing customer satisfaction and growing existing business.
