Your profile

You are a committed IT professional with a strong service orientation passionate about assisting users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

You bring:

  • A completed education in IT or an equivalent qualification in the field.
  • Proven experience in IT support help desk or system administration.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows system administration, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Basic understanding of network administration (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP) and foundational IT security principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with ticketing systems troubleshooting and direct user support.
  • A structured service-driven approach to work with the ability to stay organized under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset you enjoy working with colleagues across departments.
  • Strong German and English language skills both written and spoken to professionally support users and partners.
