• Erfahrung im Bereich Service/Integration in einer vergleichbaren Branche.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Software- und Hardware-Integration.
• Wille zur weltweiten Reisebereitschaft.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des ISS-Managers bei der Erstellung von ISS-Verträgen.
• Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Kosten, Qualität und Terminen.
• Planung und Steuerung von UAN.
• Koordination der Schnittstellen mit nationalen und internationalen Unternehmen.
• Erstellung und Pflege komplexer Datenbankanwendungen.
• Durchführung von Kundensch Schulungen.
• Unabhängige Planung und Leitung von Integrationsprojekte.

Integration/Service Manager (m/f/d) Level 1

Responsibilities

• Supporting the ISS manager in the creation of ISS contracts in coordination with the project
• Responsibility for compliance with costs, quality and deadlines
• Planning and control of UAN
• Interface coordination with the national and international companies involved in the project
• Creation and maintenance of complex database applications
• Support in the creation of innovative maintenance and operating concepts at home and abroad for military and civilian customers
• Supporting development during the design phase
• Collaboration in system acceptance tests
• Carrying out customer training courses
• Collaboration in the preparation of offers in the area of integration maintenance and operation
• Support with calculations and concept development in the areas of integration, installation and commissioning; commissioning as well as technical and logistical support for new and existing projects
• Support in the planning and preparation of service offers in the area of after sales
• Independent planning and management of integration, commissioning and/or service in national and international small to medium‑size projects assigned to us

Requirements

• State‑certified technician or technical training with additional qualifications in the relevant field specialty and several years of professional experience
• Initial experience in the area of service/integration, in a comparable industry
• Good knowledge of software and hardware integration as well as training and operating concepts
• Good knowledge of SAP applications
• Experience in the planning and execution of projects
• Experience in Linux/Windows system administration in virtual IT environments
• Fluent written and spoken English (equivalent to B2) – basic nautical / maritime knowledge desirable
• High intercultural competence and willingness to work in an international environment
• Goal‑oriented and independent way of working as well as assertiveness
