The ideal candidate has experience in the design and implementation of integration solutions, a strong analytical mindset, and extensive knowledge of EDI protocols and platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients and on diverse projects, including cloud services.

Your tasks

• As a SEEBURGER expert, you will advise our customers on the best approach to integration challenges and the most effective use of our platform
• You analyse individual customer requirements and create concepts for customised solutions
• You implement complex technical solutions based on the SEEBURGER product portfolio
• You support our customers in the smooth commissioning with solution-specific documentation, customer-specific training and as a technical contact person for questions and problems
• You will typically work in a mixed team consisting of customer employees and SEEBURGER experts, remotely or on site at the customer's premises
• Depending on your personal experience, you will take responsibility for individual sub-projects or the entire customer relationship
• Through your feedback to our product management, you will actively contribute to the further development of our products
  

Your profile

• You enjoy complex challenges, have a strong analytical mindset and prefer to work independently and autonomously
• Experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions, especially in the integration environment (B2B/MFT/API) makes you interesting for us
• You have sound general IT expertise (operating systems, databases, networks, security, ...)
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in working with an integration platform (SEEBURGER, Axway, SAP PI/PO, Tibco, IBM, Cleo, Software AG, etc.)
• Your daily work includes, for example, message formats such as EDIFACT, VDA, Odette, ANSI X12, XML and SAP IDoc, communication protocols such as EDIINT AS2, X.400 / P7, FTP/S, HTTP/S, SFTP, mail and ERP interfaces from SAP, Oracle, ProALPHA, ABAS or Navision, among others
• Experience with cloud services and deployments (AWS, Azure, GDC) is desirable
• Experience in one or more programming languages is advantageous
