HR Business Partner (M / F)
As the dedicated HR contact for one of our Business Units, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advising managers and employees in alignment with global HR priorities and policies. Your dual competence in HR business partnering and employment law will position you as a trusted advisor and strategic facilitator, capable of navigating complex interpersonal and organisational challenges with precision, empathy, and legal rigour.
You will collaborate with all HR functions (recruitment, administration, development / training, compensation & benefits) to deliver comprehensive and compliant HR support. Your responsibilities will include :
