Jobbeschreibung

  • Strategical and operational responsibility for Human Resources in Germany
  • Being strategic HR partner to the German and European management team
  • Functional management of the HR team in the plants and providing support as a mentor
  • Support and advice for managers on talent strategies and management processes
  • Driving forward HR transformation, process, and organizational development
  • Creation, monitoring, and analysis of HR statistics and evaluations, including HR budget
  • Collaboration with the German works council on all relevant topics related to HR transformation, including system implementations
  • Negotiations with the German works council, including collective bargaining
  • Implementation of corporate initiatives in Germany, particularly in the areas of EHS, ethics, communication, and employee engagement
  • Leading projects and guiding the teams on all relevant strategic HR topics
  • Supporting and driving change management measures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience asHR Manager or similar leadership role preferably in

a manufacturing and international environment

  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience working with works councils
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and decision- making abilities, hands-on mentality
