Your profile
- Several years of leadership experience (min. 5 years) in a senior role within technically demanding, performance-driven industries (e.g., aerospace, energy, automotive)
- Strong expertise in project management, resource and capacity planning, and a proven track record in leading complex development projects from R&D to market launch
- In-depth expertise in systems engineering, thermodynamics, and energy conversion, as well as confident handling of measurement, simulation, and testing systems
- Ability to lead, motivate, and strategically develop interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confident interaction with the CTO
- Strategic, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with a high sense of responsibility
- Passion for sustainable energy, technological innovation, and the advancement of disruptive technologies
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Your mission
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Disciplinary leadership and development of the technical teams
- Structured task allocation, prioritization, and progress tracking
- Coaching and supporting the team leads in leadership and resource planning
2. Project Management & Reporting
- Management of the test field, including capacity planning and expansion projects
- Ensuring smooth operation of test benches and systems (including FAT)
- Reporting to the CTO and close collaboration with the PMO
3. Process & Quality Management
- Implementation and optimization of intra-team and cross-team processes
- Further development of standards for documentation, control, and knowledge transfer
- Support in the implementation of new quality and process guidelines
4. Technical Leadership
- Development of strategies for engineering, simulation, and testing
- Creation of concepts for upgrades and optimizations of test benches
- Analysis and evaluation of measurement and simulation results
