Overview

We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that’s transforming the way their sector operates. We’re looking for a commercially minded, results-driven Head of Marketing - Demand Generation to own and scale the performance marketing engine.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns with a clear focus on ROI and pipeline growth.
  • Own and optimise the full buyer journey, aligning closely with Sales to drive qualified leads and improve conversion.
  • Oversee marketing tech and operations, using tools like Salesforce and Pardot to drive data-led decisions.
  • Manage performance across agencies, paid channels, and internal resources while continuously testing and innovating.
  • Inspire and mentor a high performing marketing team.
Background / Qualifications
  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth in a high-growth or PE-backed environment.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics like CAC, CPL, and ROI - data is your second language.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Skilled in working with and managing agencies and freelancers, as well as overseeing SEO and content efforts.
  • Native or fluent German - speaking and writing.
