As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hardware developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing and optimizing the hardware components of our advanced battery storage systems.

Your mission

• Design and develop hardware solutions for battery storage systems with a focus on power electronics
• Conduct EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Develop and improve analog and digital circuits, from concept to series production
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware‑related issues throughout the development lifecycle
• Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure optimal performance
• Design and optimize PCB (Printed Circuit Board) layouts for performance and reliability
• Create requirements and test specifications for gap‑less design verification
• Co‑manage and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers and product managers to deliver integrated solutions

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in hardware development, preferably in the battery storage or power electronics industry
• Strong understanding of EMC principles and compliance testing
• Experience with various measurement equipment like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, analytic thinking and attention to details
• Self‑organized, systematic and result‑oriented mode of work
• Team‑player and support others to show up their best, as well as a feedback‑oriented individual
• Experience in process design is a plus
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
