A leading tech company in Germany is seeking a skilled Go-to-Market Operations professional to enhance product growth by coordinating sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the CRM SaaS industry, demonstrating results in driving growth initiatives and cross-functional program execution. The salary range for this role is between $126,500 and $276,700, depending on qualifications and experience. A hybrid work approach is offered.
This role supports the growth of the Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) product by planning and coordinating sales, marketing, and customer activities.
You will help improve how the product is sold, adopted, and retained by customers, using data to guide decisions.
The Go-to-Market Operations team drives ZRA growth by aligning sales, marketing, and customer teams through collaborative plans, scalable programs, data insights, and improved customer experience.
Minimum: $126,500.00 | Maximum: $276,700.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
