Privatal is currently working with a private equity investor in the search for a new group CFO for their portfolio company in the technology space.

The Ideal CFO Profile

• Must have demonstrated experience in business models related to B2B technology and services.
• Must have - demonstrated experience in Post-Merger Integrations, Consolidation and Synergy realisation.
• Must have - demonstrated experience in exit readiness, ideally leading a private equity exit in the past as CFO and/or played a significant role in an exit.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks for covenant reporting in an LBO scenario.
• Demonstrated experience in being the point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in leading the organisation, speaking with all stakeholders, such as doctors, MDs of subsidiaries, etc.
• Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics.

Must be fluent in German and English, French is seen as a plus.
