A Pan-European investment fund is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer for their B2B Technology Portfolio Company in Nordrhein-Westfalen. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in B2B services, exit readiness, and stakeholder engagement. Fluency in both German and English is required. This permanent role is set to start in Q4 2025 and seeks a hands-on leader capable of managing financial strategies and operations.

Qualifikationen

Permanent CFO Role

Privatal is currently working exclusively with a Pan-European buy-and-build fund in their search for a new Group CFO for their B2B Technology Portfolio Company with double digit EBITDA.

The Ideal CFO Profile

• Demonstrated experience in business models related to B2B Service, Professional Service, Consultancy, IT Service, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in Post-Merger Integrations, Consolidation and Synergy realisation after buy and build strategy
• Demonstrated experience in exit readiness, ideally leading a private equity exit in IT services, Technology, or B2B Services.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks for covenant reporting in an LBO scenario, as well as other stakeholders, such as audits, tax, etc.
• Demonstrated experience in being the point of contact for all stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in being hands-on, building up teams, implementing new ERP systems and tools for transparency.
• Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics.

Fluency in German and English is seen as a must.
