What you´ll do

• Develop and implement System Governance procedures & execute control processes for the Dayforce Platform.
• Develop & execute best-in-class Reporting and Authorizations concepts for the Dayforce Platform.
• Support the implementation of the HarMoney Payroll project within the framework of the Global Payroll & Time Strategy.
• Design and implement a future-ready Digital Operating Model.
• Ensure compliance with data protection rules and the compliant use of AI in owned systems & processes.
• Maintain, update, and optimize all interfaces and integrations to support a seamless end-to-end payroll process.
• Lead the GBS+ Dayforce application support team, including resources, knowledge management, and documentation.
