MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

About the Program

We are seeking ambitious and talented Mandarin speaking students in Germany to join our Global Management Development Program. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in technical support, customer service, and international business development for our cutting-edge residential energy storage solutions.

The program includes:

  • 2/3 years of intensive on-the-job training at our headquarters in China
  • Followed by strategic overseas assignments in our global offices

Your Training Journey - Phase 1: HQ Rotation

  • Master your technical knowledge in residential energy storage systems (battery packs, inverters, energy management software)
  • Support international clients by assisting technical teams in problem-solving
  • Develop market-specific sales tools and competitive analysis reports
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical consultation to overseas distributors
  • Work on cross-departmental projects to expand global market reach

Your Training Journey - Phase 2: Overseas Subsidiary Assignment

  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support to key clients
  • Lead customer training workshops and product demonstrations
  • Strengthen distributor technical capabilities
  • Identify new market opportunities through trend and data analysis
  • Collaborate with local sales teams on competitive bidding strategies
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
