A new opportunity has arisen at NX Group within the Global Business Headquarters team. As a member of the Logistics Solutions Division, the successful candidate (all genders) will take charge of developing the newly established LLS service offering. The primary duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Business Strategy Development: Design, develop, and implement business development strategies to identify potential opportunities for the LLS service across all customer segments and industries.
- Building a Strong Pipeline: Generate a robust LLS customer list through various channels and leverage NX's existing sales and account structures to expand the service to current and new customers.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through all interaction modes, establishing a process to ensure targeted engagement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships to tailor LLS solutions to customer needs.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with solution design leads and account managers to create customized LLS solutions based on customer insights.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine solutions.
- Collaboration: Work effectively across internal teams to convert leads into contracts.
- Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and significant leadership experience in the lead logistics sector.
- Ability to understand customer needs and collaborate on beneficial solutions.
- Strong market and supply chain knowledge.
- Deep understanding of lead logistics services and capabilities.
- Ability to communicate the benefits of supply chain solutions effectively.
- Knowledge of industry competitors and technologies.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Logistics experience in the European market.
- Comprehensive supply chain knowledge (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Return, Enable).
- Project planning skills with a successful track record.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, or similar tools.
- Self-motivated with a history of delivering quality projects on time.
