Qualifikationen

Your Responsibilities
  • Qualification and dispatching of incoming support requests
  • Incident resolution (1st Level)
  • Support and adaptations for Microsoft client systems within the Microsoft server environment
  • Support IMAC for customers
  • IT support (1st Level) for colleagues
Your Profile
Your Know-how
  • Fluency in spoken and written German
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Completed training or studies in IT or equivalent professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of network technology, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server OS
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Windows client OS
