A leading digital marketing firm is seeking a German Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager in Frankfurt. You will be responsible for onboarding clients and managing PPC campaigns while ensuring customer satisfaction and adapting to the German market. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree and at least 2 years in sales or digital marketing, fluent in German and English. Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising services.
Understand customer objectives and propose tailored marketing solutions.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while increasing campaign spend and upselling.
Create, maintain, and update customer databases accurately.
Handle a high volume of client interactions daily via phone and email.
Identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within your customer base.
BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) OR equivalent experience.
German – C2 and English – C1/C2 level proficiency.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or customer success.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Strong CRM and client relationship management experience.
Comfortable using AI-driven tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.
Confident, proactive, and adaptable team player.
Deep understanding of German business culture and communication styles.
Strategic mindset: ability to identify and approach companies with growth potential.
Skilled in ROI discussions, integration of digital platforms, and compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
