We are a dynamic company operating between Cape Town and Munich and are now looking for a motivated 360 Sales & Recruitment Assistant to join our team. This role is fully remote and designed for someone eager to grow in sales and recruitment while working in an international environment.

Tasks
  • Support and manage CEOs LinkedIn profile (correspondence networking outreach).
  • Conduct sales approaches via LinkedIn and other business networks.
  • Conduct recruitment approaches via LinkedIn targeting IT specialists.
  • Post and manage job ads for IT specialists and handle applications.
  • Organize and coordinate social interviews with candidates.
Requirements
  • German-native or proficient (essential) with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Confident communicator on LinkedIn with a professional engaging style.
  • Structured independent and proactive work style.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones (South Africa / Germany).
