WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Implementing and upgrading our core Benefit Solver application, including modernizing legacy components and integrating new front-end and back-end functionality

Working within our React-based front-end framework to build new user interfaces and features

Refactoring Java code to improve data processing and remove logic from the database

Collaborating closely with our product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to tackle complex technical challenges

Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, while also contributing effectively within a team
