Your profile

• Strong technical foundation with 5+ years of engineering or deployment experience
• Deep understanding of deploying, optimizing, and scaling AI/ML models for performance (latency, throughput, cost)
• Experience in full-stack or distributed systems engineering, including cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying containerized workloads (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Solid coding ability in Python, C++, or JavaScript
• Experience with API design and system integration
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, with proven ability to work directly with customers
• Ability to drive technical delivery, mentor teams, and contribute to product evolution
• Comfortable operating independently and solving problems in complex, ambiguous environments

• Existing network in the European IT infrastructure sector
• Prior consulting experience in a customer-facing technical role working on AI use cases

Your mission

• Lead end-to-end deployments of our solutions in production with strategic customers and partners
• Work directly with customers — often on-site — to understand, analyze, and solve their most complex challenges
• Map customer problems to technical solutions and move quickly from prototype to scaled deployment
• Build, implement, and occasionally code custom solutions, iterating rapidly based on customer needs
• Serve as the technical lead during implementations, driving onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
• Provide hands-on technical support, training, and clear documentation to empower customers
• Be willing to travel up to 50% or work on short-term assignments at customer sites (e.g., MENA region)
