Excellent opportunity for a Finance professional to join a well-established, global business in a role where you be able to shape and define the Financial operations of their European business with long term scope to develop and grow a team.

This company are a global supplier of Original Equipment to the Automotive sector and have sites around the world. They are currently in a period of change within the company so are looking for a Finance Officer to work for their European operation and work closely stakeholders across the business to bring about positive change. This is a new role for the business so there is the chance to make it your own.

In this role you will report into the General Manager in Germany and also the Financial directors overseas. You will oversee continuous improvement activities relating to the topic of finance, identifying and implementing solutions for control gaps. You will also conduct monthly reporting and also identify key profit and non-profit related KPIs. The role is hybrid, working both at home and in office.

The person will be degree qualified and come from a background of financial controlling. You can be from any sector as full industry training will be provided. You will need to speak both English and German and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
