• Monitoring and maintenance of company buildings and outdoor facilities.
• Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance work and technical checks.
• Control and management of building services, such as heating, air conditioning and lighting.
• Liaising with external service providers and tradesmen for larger maintenance jobs.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Supporting relocations and internal remodelling work.
• Regularly checking facilities for defects and proactively rectifying them.
• Managing and monitoring consumables and ordering them as required.
