A leading engineering company in Germany is seeking a Nuclear Supplier Quality Engineer to facilitate supplier excellence for critical projects. This full-time role involves supplier monitoring, quality management, and collaboration with internal teams. This role focuses on ensuring supplier performance and compliance with quality standards and nuclear codes while driving continuous improvement and cost reduction. Regular visits to supplier sites primarily in Germany but also across Europe and occasionally worldwide are required.

You are a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills committed to driving quality excellence and supplier performance.
You partner with others to get work done by actively listening, checking for understanding and anticipating customer needs to provide services beyond expectations. When faced with difficulties or obstacles you take constructive action to navigate and resolve them effectively.
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office for analysis and reporting.
Fluency in German and English language is a requirement.
Ability to extensively travel in Germany and wider; scope includes other European countries and occasional worldwide sites.
