Your seat to fill:

• Support in New Product‑strategy and -portfolio development for product category in line with company strategic and commercial objectives
• Lifecycle-, roadmap‑planning and prioritization of product portfolio for strollers
• Monitor commercial success of product portfolio in market and implement interventions
• Support development of consumer segmentation and identify consumer needs for the product category
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities
• Act as stroller category owner and coordinate activities between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Operations and if required further areas of the organization
• Train & guide Marketing, Sales and Global Training team on the overall product category direction
• Present product concepts and product stories to internal and external clients
• Identify and recommend product directions/new opportunities and marketing strategies in order to support sales activation
• Steer and coordinate Marketing campaigns that are consistent, effective and appropriate for the defined consumer groups
• Oversee and steer all activities of the product management department and ensure they are efficiently and effectively executed

• Successfully completed degree in industrial/product design or comparable, relevant professional experience in this field
• Proven track record of introduction and/or further development of innovative products in the segment of technical durable goods (B2C)
• Substantial product management background coupled with a strong leadership and management experience

• Strong analytical skills
