TP in Greece collaborates with the leading Mobile Bank, helping you manage your bank account on-the-go, track expenses, and set aside money in real-time.

We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to support German-speaking customers.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will be the frontline of the bank for the German-speaking market, providing excellent customer experience. You will not only be the first layer of support but also a key part of fraud prevention, data protection, and customer safeguarding.

What you will do :
  1. Support customers via phone, chat, and email.
  2. Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers.
  3. Be an ambassador of our client.
  4. Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and timely.
  5. Maintain high customer satisfaction.
  6. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners, showing empathy at all times.
  7. Work towards reaching targets set by the client statement of work as well as internal targets.
What you will bring :
  1. Fluency in German.
  2. Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
  3. Exceptional communication and soft skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
  4. Computer literacy / tech savviness; experience with CRM tools is preferred.
  5. Ability to work under stressful and testing situations with customers.
  6. Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  7. A can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are essential.
  8. Must hold EU citizenship, EU passport, or a valid work permit for Greece.
  9. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local candidate.
