Qualifikationen

What will you do?
  • Lead and manage valuation, financial modelling, and transaction engagements, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, and compliance with professional standards.

  • Oversee financial due diligence projects, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow, and profitability analyses.

  • Conduct and review valuations (businesses, intangible assets, purchase price allocations, impairment testing) and develop complex financial models for strategic decision-making.

  • Advise clients on deal structuring, negotiation support, and SPA-related matters, highlighting key risks and opportunities.

  • Support clients through the full M&A lifecycle — from strategy and target identification to transaction execution and post-merger integration planning.

  • Coordinate with tax, audit, legal, and advisory teams to deliver integrated, value-adding solutions.

  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to clients, providing actionable insights to support investment and strategic decisions.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members while contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • You have at least 6 years of experience either in deal advisory, investment banking or transaction services;

  • You hold a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline;

  • You display business acumen/commercial awareness and can identify business development opportunities;

  • You are fluent in English. French is considered as a strong asset;
