Are you fluent in Dutch and English and passionate about helping people? Join our team in Sofia as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll assist users of a global brand and ensure an outstanding service experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
In this on-site role, you'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional support on a variety of topics such as account issues, product information, and troubleshooting.
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
Languages: Dutch (C2) & English (B2+)
Role Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00
Training: 3 weeks, on-site
Relocation Support Provided
