We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist with German and English language skills.

In this role, based in Dusseldorf, you will be a key contact point for our customers in the Business Area Carton Board, managing order fulfillment and providing knowledge services. You will build strong relationships with customers, handling inquiries from initial contact through to delivery, supported by modern technology like Salesforce for managing customer interactions and workflows.

About the position

You will utilize your expertise in customer service, order fulfillment, and service concepts to create customer loyalty and differentiate us from competitors. Your knowledge will help develop our service competitiveness through digitalization, and you will have the opportunity to grow as a Salesforce Champion, a special role within the team. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing a dedicated customer base in collaboration with the Sales Manager
  2. Handling customer contacts through various channels and building relationships
  3. Managing customer inquiries and orders
  4. Monitoring customer credit limits and stock levels
  5. Providing customers with up-to-date information on order status
  6. Advising customers on sustainability and product-related questions
  7. Expanding the customer base and increasing utilization of eFlow online platform

You will be part of an international team of Customer Service Specialists with global contacts, focusing on specific markets or business segments.

About you

You communicate fluently in German and English, are passionate about excellent customer service, and are motivated to achieve goals independently. Ideally, you have at least 3 years of customer service experience in a multinational environment and experience with digital service channels.
