Customer Service Representative - Senior

Do you enjoy close contact with customers and have a talent for organization? As a Customer Service Specialist at DP World High Tech in Neuss, you will be the expert when it comes to coordinating and efficiently handling transport and technical services for our customers.

About the Role

How you will contribute

  • Controlling of daily business in regards of defined processes including derivation of necessary measures and implementation monitoring
  • Improving and coordinating of billing process to the customer
  • Proactively identifying of process improvements
  • Proceeding 2nd level inquiries
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing customer-related KPIs
  • Monitoring deadlines for customer orders and providing feedback to the relevant departments and customers
  • Preparing for customer calls to discuss quality and performance
  • Acting as a contact person for internal and external process and handling questions.

Your Key Qualifications

  • Completed training / apprenticeship as a forwarding / customer Service agent or comparable training
  • 4+ years in customer service
  • Several years of experience in segment of process improvement
  • Practical experience in the customer service area of logistics is desirable
  • Confident handling of MS-Office applications, focus on Excel
  • Fluent in written and spoken German
  • Customer oriented
  • You are a team player, have good communication skills, are reliable and stress-resistant
  • You enjoy dealing with customers and technical systems
  • You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, proactive work with high self- demands
