In this role you will play a key part in shaping how CWS communicates internally and externally. With a strategic mindset and a hands‑on approach you drive impactful communication initiatives and support our teams in telling compelling stories that bring our vision to life.

Your role with us as (Senior) Manager Corporate Communications (m/f/d)
  • You take ownership of our internal employee platform (intranet & app) from developing engaging formats and content to shaping its strategic direction
  • You develop and execute international communication campaigns with a strong focus on Operations Engagement & Development and IT
  • You turn ideas into compelling stories and create engaging content for various communication channels and events tailored to different target groups
  • You proactively measure track and report on the progress and impact of your communication activities
  • You support and guide our apprentices during their time in the Corporate Communications department
