ABOUT THE ROLE

85% of our residents stay in our location for several months, and your goal is to ensure a smooth and unforgettable stay for this community. Your responsibilities therefore include everything that happens in our community and at the reception, such as:

  • In addition to tasks like check-ins and check-outs, you will ensure optimal care for our guests and be the point of contact for all questions and requests from our community
  • You will be responsible for our community events (both free and paid events) and organize on-site activities that our residents love and tell all their friends about—preferably also on social media!
  • You will assist in serving our guests with coffee specialties, soft drinks, and small snacks
  • You will coordinate repairs, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks, monitor compliance with our standards, and process tickets in our property management system
  • You will handle various administrative tasks, such as invoicing



YOUR PROFILE
  • You bring professional experience in a field such as hospitality, gastronomy, office management, team assistance, event management, or similar
  • You can organize and prioritize your tasks effectively and stay calm even in challenging situations
  • You are responsible, detail-oriented, very reliable, and a true team player
  • You enjoy working with community, apps, and social media
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
