  • Support writing for press releases, case studies, and product updates.
  • Help maintain tone, accuracy, and consistency across all communication materials.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to prepare assets and visuals
  • Assist with basic SEO/AEO to optimize blog and website visibility.

  • Help plan, schedule, and publish content on Atmen’s LinkedIn page.
  • Track engagement and performance, helping refine content strategy.
  • Research and summarize industry trends, events, and competitor activity for content inspiration.
  • Support PR outreach by keeping press lists and coverage trackers up to date.
  • Come up with new formats and ideas to keep our LinkedIn strategy engaging
3. Knowledge Management
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and organization of a centralized knowledge base for content, assets, and industry‑specific information.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance the efficiency of organizing, storing, and retrieving content, ensuring the knowledge base is always current and easy to navigate.
  • Foster an internal culture of knowledge‑sharing by organizing regular team check‑ins and updates on industry trends and regulation
Requirements
Must-haves

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves writing. Someone who can craft clear, engaging copy from scratch (even without ChatGPT 🤓 ) and translate complex ideas into human language. You don’t need to be a hydrogen expert, but you should be comfortable taking raw input from the team and turning it into sharp, credible content.

You may be a fit if you bring:

  • Previous experiences in content or social media through an internship or entry‑level job
  • A background in communications, journalism, or PR
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English (German or French a plus).
  • Curiosity for energy, sustainability, regulation or climate tech.
  • A proactive, organized, and collaborative way of working.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
Nice-to-haves
  • Interest in visual content or light design skills (e.g. Canva, Figma basics).
  • Experience in RegTech, compliance.
  • Exposure to biomethane, hydrogen, or renewable fuels markets.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
Job requirements
  • Availability: Part‑Time
  • Valid working permit in Germany
  • Location: Munich or Berlin
  • Fluency in English

We encourage all qualified applicants to apply, even if you don’t meet every single requirement.
