Overview

AOne Parts & Logistics is an Aviation sales and service company. This company has been formed to utilize the experience and knowledge of our people, be mindful of the socio-economic factors facing the Business Aviation Community and provide clients with P.O.S. (Positively Outrageous Service) as created by Scott Gross. AOne has coined the phrase “Purveyor of Support and Service Excellence” which is what AOne strives to do for every customer it touches during each transaction and interaction.

Compensation

AOne Sellers Earning Between $125,000 to $200,000.00 Annual Compensation No Ceiling Exists......

Role and Responsibilities

Currently we are seeking a Seller to join the AOne Team. An understanding of the value of the old school term “A Book Of Business and ability to monetize this! A Seller that has established themselves as a go-to person providing solutions for their customers and clients. A Seller that is looking to accept ownership of supporting their customers and clients then be directly compensated for their efforts. A Seller that can appreciate and strive for unlimited earning potential. The role is a remote, work from almost anywhere position. We believe that the successful completion of one’s responsibilities is accomplished by the individual not the setting. AOne provides the resources and tools, you provide the skillset and motivation to succeed in a work environment that best fits your requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage an established book of business and monetize relationships; own each transaction.
  • Identify, pursue and turn entities (aircraft operators, owners, engineers, MROs, Flight Departments, etc.) into clients; turn shoppers into customers and customers into clients.
  • Create the most profitable and beneficial transaction possible for all involved in an AOne transaction.
  • Provide P.O.S. (Positively Outrageous Service) and support customers with service excellence; be a hybrid of a traditional salesperson and a business owner with vested interest in every transaction.
  • Work in a remote, work-from-almost-anywhere environment; take ownership of responsibilities and leverage AOne's resources and tools to succeed.
  • Develop and grow personally and financially by seeking more ownership in roles and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the essence and uniqueness of the AOne Trading Process as part of the AOne Seller role.
  • Help the Business Aviation Community and have a positive impact on everyone touched by AOne's services.
