Job Description
As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients and channel partners with focus on automotive clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience and driving design initiatives and projects that contribute to business growth within an assigned region.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and channel partners within an assigned region
- Identify new automotive accounts and develop compelling business cases with Microchip’s solutions
- Apply creative strategies to attract new clients and solve complex challenges
- Develop and execute cross-regional strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build strong partnerships with clients and channel partners by presenting Microchip’s unique business insights and cutting-edge technologies
- Prepare and drive regular Channel Reviews and joint visits with our Channel Partners at clients to actively drive projects into revenue
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities to engage new clients

Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of the semiconductor Industry and its channel partner networks
- Good understanding of Automotive market dynamics and long-term industry experience
- Ability to create market specific analysis and mapping these to Microchip solutions
- Building, maintaining and synergizing partnerships with our distribution network
- Understanding Microchips technological capabilities and resources with the ability to translate those into our client’s business requirements
- Ability to communicate with confidence into C-Level and Top Management contacts
- Good understanding of embedded electronic system solutions and ability to engage with Research and Development teams
- Ability to create market specific analysis and map these with Microchip solutions
- Understanding Microchips technological capabilities and resources with the ability to translate those into our client’s business and system requirements
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms to enhance productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement
Qualifications And Experience
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in a business and / or engineering discipline with a strong academic track record
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Business fluent language skills in German and English
- Relevant market knowledge and industry experience
