About The Role

The COO will focus on internal operations supporting Graphisoft’s strategic growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership. Responsibilities include fostering a high-performance culture, ownership of Customer Delight, CRM, ERP interactions, and global scorecarding. The role emphasizes process, project, business and sales operations, data management, and AI strategy implementation.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic leader on the Executive Team to uphold Graphisoft’s operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, productivity, costs, profits, and control measures.
  • Collaborate to develop and improve systems, processes, controls, and procedures for operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Provide accurate reports on operational performance, including the Balanced Scorecard.
  • Lead and develop an operational team across multiple locations and functions within a matrix organization.
  • Work with management to develop infrastructure plans supporting organizational growth.
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment.

The ideal COO combines execution expertise with change leadership, overseeing strategy implementation and driving results while leading new initiatives.

Required Skills Include

  • Strong analytical, managerial, communication, and change leadership skills.
  • Experience with the Balanced Scorecard approach.
  • Proficiency in P&L management and business planning.
