Overview

In Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions (SETS), we are leveraging people, digitalization, and technology to help utilities safely optimize and protect critical resources and to provide safe and sustainable combustion and heating solutions.

In this role, you will impact our business by developing and executing effective channel sales strategies, fostering strong partnerships, and driving revenue growth through collaboration with channel partners, ultimately enhancing our position as a leader in smart metering solutions.

You will report directly to our Regional General Manager, Smart Metering and you’ll work out of Germany on a remote work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the smart metering market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing support, training, and resources to enhance their sales efforts
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions
You Must Have
  • 6+ years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in the smart metering or technology sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
