We're searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Channel Account Manager (all genders) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market footprint by fostering strong, productive relationships with our distribution partners. YOUR TASKS
- Business Planning and Review
- Set targets for assigned partners and ensure they achieve revenue goals through joint business plans covering revenue, marketing, training, and certifications.
- Conduct regular business reviews to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Expand our footprint at assigned customers and promote all products, focusing on big licenses and new/upgrade sales.
- Motivate partners to set individual sales targets within their Salesforce.
- Ensure partners have the necessary knowledge, resources, and information to sell effectively.
- Maintain a strong network within partner organizations through regular visits or virtual meetings.
Pipeline Generation & Management- Coordinate joint marketing activities with partners and our channel marketing manager.
- Share opportunities and leads with partners, measuring mutual success.
- Support partners in identifying potential customers, providing product info, demos, and maintaining up-to-date CRM forecasts.
- Represent Paessler at partner events and webinars.
Partner Onboarding and Offboarding- Onboard new partners, set goals, provide training, and certify them.
- Manage the phase-out or downgrading of underperforming partners.
YOUR PROFILE
Applicants must speak German at a native level and English fluently.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven ability to develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including setting and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in conducting regular business reviews and making strategic adjustments.
- Strong record in cross-selling and upselling across a product portfolio, especially in new and upgrade business.
- Ability to plan, execute, and measure joint pipeline marketing activities.
- Skilled in managing leads, opportunities, and ensuring accurate CRM forecasts.
- Exceptional in building and maintaining strong partner relationships at all levels.
- Experience in partner onboarding, training, certification, and performance management.
- Excellent communication skills for onsite visits, web meetings, and representing the company at events.
