Your mission
    • Identify and engage potential publisher partners across the EU market
    • Build and maintain strong relationships through outreach, meetings, and events
    • Keep your sales pipeline organized and up to date in our CRM system
    • Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Account Management, and Tech
    • Represent ConnectAd at industry events and networking opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage leads and deals using a CRM system
  • Experience in business development and sales in digital advertising, ad tech, or media in DACH-region
  • A “hunter” mindset: goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to close deals
  • An outgoing personality with a passion for networking and relationship-building
  • Proficient communication skills in both German and English
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and industry trends
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred
