Location: Nuremberg (Remote with Travel)

We’re working with a market leader in multi model Freight Solutions supplying the commercial sectors across the globe. With over 20 years of industry expertise, this business is trusted by some of the world’s biggest names to deliver secure shipments worldwide.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Business Development Manager in Germany to strengthen client relationships, manage major accounts, and drive commercial success in the DACH region.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing and developing strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all customer needs, ensuring first-class service and communication
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and upselling across existing accounts
  • Developing new business across multiple sectors
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with supply chain, logistics, and technical teams to deliver customer solutions
  • Supporting sales strategy and contributing to continued regional growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a key account management or B2B sales role
  • Ideally from Logistics, Freight
  • Fluent in German and English (essential)
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-first mindset
