Overview

Airbus is seeking a Business Analyst to support project and program management activities within Cabin & Cargo to deliver projects on-time, cost and quality. Duties include supporting leadership by helping teams fulfill deliveries for airline customers, manage cost and project timeline utilizing established project management skills, concepts, and methods, as needed.

Your challenges
  • Review and interpret business and engineering data to develop quality solutions.
  • Create or modify business performance documents with high quality and efficiency for Business Units.
  • Accept broad objectives with agreed deadlines, but establish the tasks required and how they should be completed.
  • Collaborate with other (internal/external) technical departments to solve complex technical problems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, quality standards, and flight operations practices.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action processes.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
Physical Requirements
  • Onsite or remote: Onsite 60%
  • Vision: able to see and read computer screens and other electronic equipment and documents.
  • Hearing: able to participate in conversations in person and via teleconference or phone and to hear safety warnings or alarms.
  • Speaking: able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.
  • Equipment Operation: able to operate office equipment and some tools, including production tools as required.
  • Carrying: able to carry documents and equipment up to 30 lbs (14 kg).
  • Lifting: able to lift documents, tools, and equipment up to 30 lbs (14 kg).
  • Pushing / Pulling: able to push and pull small office furniture and equipment.
  • Sitting: able to sit for long periods of time in meetings and at a computer.
  • Squatting / Kneeling: able to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.
  • Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on the production floor.
  • Travel: able to travel independently and at short notice.
  • Walking: able to walk through office and production areas, including uneven surfaces.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: PPE required includes safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators/masks, and/or protective gloves as required by site.
