As a Brand Trainer Team Lead (m/w/d) you''ll manage, engage and develop the team of Brand Trainers in the area North East (Germany, Austria). Plan and optimize the BT activity in your region following the priorities provided by the company on a seasonal basis. You will lead also Brand Trainer seasonal meetings in order to equip the BT Team in your area for each season go to market. BTTL will also attend the alignment meetings in which it will be shared the best practices and it will be discussed with other colleagues from other areas what works, what doesn’t work and new ideas to keep developing the BT activities across Europe.

As a Brand Trainer Team Lead you will be the main point of contact for any request from Categories and Commercial leads in your Country/Area.
